Privacy Policy and Website Notice

1. Controller and scope

PeLeK AI, as the operator of pelekai.tech, determines how the limited personal data described below is processed for this website. This notice covers visits to the public website and its visit counter. It does not cover a separately contracted proof of concept, penetration test, customer environment, or third-party website.

2. Data collected and collection method

When the site is requested, the web server automatically records technical access data: IP address, date and time, requested path, HTTP status, referrer where supplied, and browser/user-agent information. The public counter uses the IP address to count at most one eligible home-page visit per UTC day and filters known bots and server traffic.

The site has no account, contact form, advertising tracker, or analytics cookie. The selected TR/EN language is stored only in your browser's local storage and is not sent to PeLeK AI as a separate record.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Technical data is processed to deliver and secure the site, diagnose faults, detect abuse, maintain an auditable aggregate visit counter, and establish, exercise, or protect legal rights. Under Türkiye's Law No. 6698, processing relies on the controller's legitimate interests where these do not harm fundamental rights and freedoms (Article 5(2)(f)), compliance with legal obligations where applicable (Article 5(2)(ç)), and the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right where necessary (Article 5(2)(e)). No automated decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is made.

4. Sharing, retention, and safeguards

Personal data is not sold or used for advertising. It is available only to authorized administrators and, when necessary, infrastructure providers acting for site operation or competent authorities where disclosure is legally required. Routine web access logs are rotated weekly and retained for up to approximately 35 days. The live counter keeps the IPs seen during the current UTC day to prevent duplicate counting.

A restricted legacy counter archive is retained for historical counter integrity, audit, and reconciliation; it is no longer updated by the live counter and is reviewed periodically against operational and legal need. Access restrictions, HTTPS, security headers, least-access administration, and log rotation are used to protect the data. Data is deleted, anonymized, or made inaccessible when its processing grounds cease, subject to mandatory retention and preservation of legal claims.

5. Your rights, applications, and changes

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your personal data is processed; request information and access; learn the purpose and whether data is used accordingly; learn recipients; request correction, deletion, or destruction where the legal conditions apply; request notice of those operations to recipients; object to an outcome arising exclusively from automated analysis; and claim compensation for unlawful processing.

Submit a request through the current channel shown in the site's Contact section, with enough information to verify the request and locate the relevant record. We may request proportionate identity verification before disclosing or changing data. This notice may be updated when the site or legal requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.

Bu metin, herkese açık internet sitesi ziyaretlerini ve ziyaret sayacını kapsar. Ayrı sözleşmeye konu PoC, sızma testi, müşteri ortamı veya üçüncü taraf internet siteleri bu metnin kapsamında değildir.

2. Toplanan veriler ve toplama yöntemi

Site talep edildiğinde web sunucusu; IP adresi, tarih ve saat, istenen yol, HTTP durum kodu, gönderilmişse yönlendiren sayfa ve tarayıcı/user-agent bilgisinden oluşan teknik erişim verilerini otomatik olarak kaydeder. Herkese açık sayaç, bilinen botları ve sunucu trafiğini eleyerek bir IP adresinden UTC günü başına en fazla bir uygun ana sayfa ziyaretini sayar.

Sitede üyelik, iletişim formu, reklam izleyicisi veya analitik çerezi bulunmaz. Seçilen TR/EN dili yalnızca tarayıcınızın yerel depolama alanında tutulur ve ayrı bir kayıt olarak PeLeK AI'a gönderilmez.

3. İşleme amaçları ve hukuki sebepler

Teknik veriler; siteyi sunmak ve güvenliğini sağlamak, hataları teşhis etmek, kötüye kullanımı tespit etmek, denetlenebilir toplu ziyaret sayacını sürdürmek ve hukuki hakları tesis etmek, kullanmak veya korumak amacıyla işlenir. İşleme, 6698 sayılı Kanun kapsamında temel hak ve özgürlüklere zarar vermemek kaydıyla veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatlerine (md. 5/2-f), uygulanabildiği ölçüde hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesine (md. 5/2-ç) ve gerekli olduğunda bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunmasına (md. 5/2-e) dayanır. Hukuki veya benzer ölçüde önemli sonuç doğuran otomatik karar verilmez.

4. Aktarım, saklama ve güvenlik

Kişisel veriler satılmaz ve reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz. Verilere yalnızca yetkili yöneticiler; site işletimi için gerektiğinde PeLeK AI adına hareket eden altyapı sağlayıcıları ve kanunen zorunlu olduğunda yetkili merciler erişebilir. Olağan web erişim logları haftalık döndürülür ve en fazla yaklaşık 35 gün saklanır. Canlı sayaç, mükerrer sayımı önlemek için mevcut UTC gününde görülen IP adreslerini tutar.

Erişimi kısıtlı eski sayaç arşivi; geçmiş sayaç bütünlüğü, denetim ve mutabakat amacıyla saklanır, canlı sayaç tarafından artık güncellenmez ve operasyonel/hukuki ihtiyaç bakımından periyodik olarak gözden geçirilir. Verilerin korunmasında erişim kısıtları, HTTPS, güvenlik başlıkları, asgari erişim ve log rotasyonu kullanılır. İşleme sebepleri sona erdiğinde veriler; zorunlu saklama ve hukuki taleplerin korunması hükümleri saklı kalmak üzere silinir, anonimleştirilir veya erişilemez hâle getirilir.

5. Haklarınız, başvuru ve değişiklikler

6698 sayılı Kanun'un 11. maddesi uyarınca; kişisel verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi ve erişim talep etme, işleme amacını ve amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, aktarılan alıcıları bilme, şartları varsa düzeltme, silme veya yok etme isteme, bu işlemlerin alıcılara bildirilmesini isteme, münhasıran otomatik analiz sonucuna itiraz etme ve hukuka aykırı işleme nedeniyle zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.

Başvurunuzu, talebi doğrulamaya ve ilgili kaydı bulmaya yeterli bilgilerle sitenin İletişim bölümünde gösterilen güncel kanal üzerinden iletebilirsiniz. Veri açıklanmadan veya değiştirilmeden önce ölçülü bir kimlik doğrulaması istenebilir. Site veya mevzuat değiştiğinde bu metin güncellenebilir; yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihi güncel sürümü gösterir.
